Still Sinfully Hopeful For Hazbin Hotel - Season Two

I do not doubt that a swarm of hazbeans have a helluva great time at LVL UP EXPO this year [89] [127]. As for me, I most certainly swooned at the release of the first-ever mini-episode of Helluva Boss as part of a subseries named “Helluva Shorts” as it provides some wholesomeness and depth of Mille and Sallie May’s sisterhood, much to my sinful delight [75] [100] [171] [172]. It has been a month since we discussed how the second season of Hazbin Hotel can excel and I believe there is some more to speculate [2] [177] [178]. Some of us did not have our fingers crossed for the second season of the overly prideful, concerningly mean-spirited and undeniably controversial Velma [40] [54] [56] [91] [109] [150] [160], but at least I believe that I will thoroughly enjoy watching the second season of Monsters At Work with my fiancé [170], the second season of Barbie: A Touch of Magic is…well…magical so far and we hazbeans are hyped for the rest of the second season of Helluva Boss throughout the rest of the year [31] [96]. Moreover, while fans of the Ghostbusters franchise continue to celebrate its 40th anniversary [142], let us expand on what we can hope for the second season of Hazbin Hotel next year or two [2], along with a bit of speculation surrounding the rest of the second season of its sister series this year [63] [96]. 
I sincerely hope you have not taken a drink every time you read “second season” throughout the previous article on this subject [177] [178]. Twitter, also known as “X” may no longer be a safe space [85] [149], but I vow to keep my reader safe, even in all seven rings of Hell. Surely, a new sinner in the Pride Ring of Hell must recall Belle Dollphine rising from a glittery pink coffin by now [42]. [62]
Despite how frustrating the issues surrounding the series have been [83] [101] [148] [165], such as leaks of the scripts during the production of the second season of Hazbin Hotel [77], I will still be starstruck at an official poster for the next chapter of a dream to tell [183]. And no, I do not think the logo needs to be reconstructed too [84]. Now, let us proceed to predict and hope after the sweet release of the second episode of The Amazing Digital Circus titled “Candy Carrier Chaos” [53]. [122].
The Princess of Hell can sing like a Disney princess but can be provoked as proven by how she yelled at a heckler known as “Susan” and flipped her off [119] [123]. I am grateful for Charlie not having a “Main Character” mentality [35], which ought to apply to Stolas if he ever gets his own well-deserved spin-off of Helluva Boss, even if he will only be a deuteragonist [97] [98] [179] [180]. Speaking of my owl daddy, it seems like he will learn to let go of Blitzo in “Full Moon” and possibly join Verosika and Vortex in a musical number against him in the following episode [96]. I sure hope that will not be the case for Charlie’s relationship with Vaggie at some point in the second season of Hazbin Hotel [34] [119] [121]. As much as I would love the Princess of Hell to be as hopeful, tender-hearted, and emotionally relatable as she has been in the pilot and first season, let us allow her to have her moments of assertiveness and sass at times throughout the second season [163] [177] [178]. As strong as the antiheroic Blitzster’s reflections appear to be in the third trailer for the second season of Helluva Boss [13] [96], some new reflections for the sweet-natured Charlie’s ought to provide a familiar effectiveness [177] [187]. I just wonder what type of strawberry she would like best [87], considering how her father likes caramel apples best [66].
Let us continue to support these amazingly portrayed female protagonists [4] [177] [178], along with competent feminists like Emma Watson who do not resort to being transphobic and those who are against Britney Spears “needing” a new conservatorship [1] [5] [33] [36] [51] [155] [133]. [119] [123]
Vaggie turning out to be an exiled exterminator disproves how she was originally a sinner who died in 2014 [132]. Just because she can be quite protective and a little overbearing as a girlfriend, does not that she is a clingy one. Sapphic and strong like Jane Richardson, also known as “Jane the Killer” [90], Vaggie ought to overcome the self-loathing that was noticed by Husk, quite like how Blitzo ought to overcome his own self-loathing in “Full Moon” and “Apology Tour”, the next two episodes of Helluva Boss [96], thus further disproving the accusations of sexism regarding the portrayals of the series’ female characters [166]. Female characters are allowed to be as complex as male characters [102], right? Perhaps she could encounter Carmilla Carmine’s two daughters if she were to be mentored by her once again [177] [178]. As much as I am up for more character development for my favourite sapphic ship in the second season of Hazbin Hotel, I am up for some more character growth for Rivet and Kit if they were to appear in the next Ratchet & Clank game set after the events of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart to further prove that Rivet is more than just a Rule 63 Ratchet aside from some trust issues [128] [141].
I am up for a character still having their notable flaws, but when it comes to them being maintained, it ought to not result in them seeming…well…too flawed as that is what the interpretation of Velma Dinkley in Velma was called out for [150]. Far from being a “Mary-Sue”, Vaggie can prove that she is more than a “clingy” girlfriend as she continues to be a sapphic badass [177] [178]. [123]
Blake Roman did an amazing job at voicing Angel Dust throughout the first season and his trustworthiness in playing the role is proven by how he voiced one of the members of the mariachi band in the Wrath Ring from “Western Energy”, the fourth episode of the second season of Helluva Boss [22] [179] [180]. There could be a canonised version of the four-armed frenemy’s human form known as “Anthony” in a flashback scene of how his life was just before he died [11]. Moreover, quite like how a sequel to Barbie: The Movie or a spin-off series set after the events of the film could feature a flashback of how a Skipper entered the real world years ago [30], along with how an Allan took the same big risk, there can be a flashback on how Angel Dust got swindled into working for Valentino [92]. It can be still speculated that he is demiromantic, quite like how it is suspected that Blitzo from Helluva Boss is aromantic [168], so perhaps there can be some signs of him having genuinely romantic feelings for Husk, despite how his flirtatiousness annoyed him in the pilot and first season [93]. Stuck in his dirty, flirty thirties, Angel Dust can still be menacing and raunchy but still have a heart underneath the fluff in the second chapter of the hotel for redeeming sinners [177] [178]. 
There can also be more effectiveness of Angel Dust and Vaggie’s being frenemies [3], as well as the big brother role the porn star played for the pint-sized maid [6]. The moment when he tried to console a weeping Niffty in “Welcome To Heaven” is, without a doubt, one of the cutest scenes and I would love to see more expansions on his character like that [177] [178]. [6]

As he resumes his duties as a bartender, Husk could become a protective father or older brother figure if any new bad boy tries to take advantage of Niffty or Crymini in the second season, quite like how Jerry Trainor heroically protected his younger co-stars as he stuck to the role of Spencer Shay during the production of the original iCarly series as a little callback to how he stopped a crook from spiking Angel Dust’s drink in the first season [129]. But of course, not every hazbean has to ship HuskerDust. The same applies to how not every hazbean must ship Stolitz to be validated [79]. As for Husk’s character in general, he could reflect on how he used to be fond of magic [158], which could infatuate Lucifer. Speaking of Mr. Morningstar, he could vent to Husk about the downfall of his marriage to Lilith when it comes to the unanswered finally being answered the next time he shows up at his daughter’s hotel [66]. Reflecting on Husk’s likeability and development throughout the first season, I believe that he deserves to be the next one to be redeemed and enter Heaven, most likely in the Season Two finale in contrast to Sir Pentious entering Heaven in the Season One finale [177] [178].
Niffty has the potential to have some depth underneath her adorable one-note craziness [6]. As for the kitty she likes to play with, a sign of him possibly being redeemed is how he ought to listen to Lucifer’s struggles when it came to his failing marriage [177] [178]. [6]

Can Alastor still be trusted by Charlie when it comes to running the hotel once again…or will he get loudly confronted by Foghorn Leghorn during another battle [156]? His summery attire from a certain Summer-themed playmat could become canonised, considering the similar actions he and Vox have done, despite how they are opposites of a technological spectrum [10] [159]. Due to the popularity of the concept of Alastor appearing in a flashback scene as a human when he was still alive in the late 1920s and early 1930s in the Hellaverse’s loyal fanbase [32] [49] [71], I strongly believe that ought to finally become canonised in the second season. It is speculated that he is aroace due to his lack of romantic interactions with any fellow demon, quite like how it is possible that “Stereotypical” Barbie due to her lack of interest in dating and sexual activity in Barbie: The Movie [30] [168], so that lack of romantic interest could continue throughout the second season. As much as I suspect that he will remain charming and antiheroic after the reconstruction of the hotel, I still wonder if he recalls the events of Lackadaisy, considering how he died in 1933 [175] [176].
Gaaaaah!! Please do not corrupt my iPhone 13 Mini, Alastor! You can always show me how to call someone with a candlestick telephone [47], but not at 3am [107]! [122]

Cherri Bomb could get a bigger role as she reflects on her love-hate relationship with Sir Pentious [117] [178]. Meanwhile, Molly, the twin sister of Angel Dust who turned out to be a winner instead of a sinner as shown in “Welcome To Heaven” could befriend Sir Pentious as he reflects on his redemption and she thinks of her brothers [12]. Surely, Cherri will reflect on how awesome and bad to the bone the ‘80s were, quite like how Talking Tom did [44], considering how she died in that decade. But more importantly, she could gain some development through reflections on redemption. Somewhat similar to how there ought to be a backstory on how Cherri and Sir Pentious gradually became the Mr. and Mrs. Smith of Hazbin Hotel, there seems to be an explanation of how Blitzo first met Millie [14], according to a moment of them fighting in what appears to be a flashback scene in the third trailer for the second season of Helluva Boss, possibly along with how Millie got into dating Chaz from “Exes and Oohs” in the first place [95] [96]. There is a big opportunity to flesh out Cherri Bomb’s character even more in the second season of Hazbin Hotel [177] [178].
Some effectiveness within Cherri Bomb’s reflection on her relationship with Sir Pentious could apply to Verosika Mayday if she reflects on why she and Blitzo broke up in “Apology Tour”, the upcoming ninth episode of the second season of Helluva Boss [96] [177] [178]. [6]

The second season will be the time for the three Vees to shine [177] [178]. I still stand by how the controversy surrounding Valentino should NOT result in harassment and unfair cancellation [37] [78]. Furthermore, how many times do I have to tell the internet that I do NOT want a relapse of how guilty I felt as a creepypasta writer when it came to numerous controversies in the creepypasta fandom about a decade ago [39]?! Considering how Vox used to have a CRT TV head, perhaps there can be flashbacks of him running his business throughout what would the series look like if it was produced in the ‘90s and early 2000s for all the ‘90s and 2000s kids out there [14], along with how he started as a sinner with a vintage TV head if there were to be some footage of his origin, considering how he died in the 1950s [26] [69] [134]. Vark, his pet shark from the decanonised Voxtagram stories could make an appearance at some point in the second season [27]. Surely, Velvette who was previously known as “Velvet” can still prove that she is the “backbone of the Vees” and she could perhaps be quite a skilled chef in her free time [68]. I may not agree with the Vees having their own spin-off series [117] [178], but I would especially be compelled by more of Velvette’s sass. 
Like I said, Valentino does not really deserve his own spin-off series, but no matter how controversial his portrayal as an abuser is [177] [178] [179] [180], I do not condone hate towards those who have cosplayed as him and his voice actor for simply doing his job [37] [41] [112]. [6]
I cannot get over how likeable Velvette is as a female antagonist [177] [178]. What if she and Cherri Bomb have a showdown in the second season? Now that would be f***ing awesome! [117]

Another antagonist yet to appear in the second season is Roo, also known as “The Root of All Evil” [25]. There is some speculation that she could not only be disguised as a possibly fake version of Lilith we saw sunbathing in Heaven but turn out to be Charlie’s real mother who was a surrogate mother due to Lilith’s inability to conceive an offspring in terms of mythological accuracy. Moreover, chances are that she could be partly to blame for the king and former queen’s divorce like some homewrecker [19]. Chances are that she could be a very powerful antagonist, being comparable to Alastor [67]. Speaking of the radio demon, I wonder if he has ever heard of Roo and her heinous antics. As curious as I am about a new live-action interpretation of Harley Quinn portrayed Lady Gaga in Joker: Folie à Deux later this year [167], I shall be curious about Roo’s portrayal if she were to make an appearance in the second season of Hazbin Hotel, along with the portrayal of the rather mysterious interpretation of Satan, the ruler of the Wrath Ring voiced by Patrick Page in one of the five forthcoming episodes of Helluva Boss [20] [23] [67] [96].
What could be next? Fred Figglehorn’s long-lost half-brother who eats kittens and sells drugs to children [105] [151]? [67]
Aside from how Roo could be part of why they split up, I really hope that Lucifer and Lilith’s love will rebloom near the Season Two finale [38] [177] [178]. Could a second wedding be under the Pride Ring stars in the evening or the morning as Lilith becomes Mrs. Morningstar once again [185] [186]? Will there be a lunch date or a dinner date for the question being popped for the second time [187] [188]? [86]

If Hell is forever, is Heaven a lie? Apparently, Emily will visit Charlie in Hell at some point in the second season, which would be in contrast to Charlie and Vaggie visiting Heaven in the sixth episode of the first season [18]. If Emily gets kicked out of Heaven [29], she will know how the C.H.E.R.U.B. felt at the end of the episode of Helluva Boss they debuted in [94], but I know that she will not end up being seemingly antagonistic and vengeful, unlike how the three cherubs seem to be in the third trailer for the second season of Helluva Boss [96]. Let us hope that her face will not be a target in an arcade game though [100] [171] [172]. There is still some speculation that Eve, Adam’s second wife will appear as a winner and reflect on she possibly divorced him due to his insufferable arrogance and signs of misogyny [80] [81] [83] [143] [177] [178]. Did they have to face one another in a rap battle [48]? Surely, she can be considered not as “weak” as Carrie White’s mother, a dangerously devoted Christian described her [55]. I am up for Emily and possibly Eve providing some more female-focused depth in the second season, no matter how “woke” it would seem and how problematic the leaks of scripts would be [75] [77] [83] [171] [172].
I sure hope the Pride Ring of Hell will not be too humid for Emily if she were to be a visitor or a fallen angel [29]. But first, I bet Sir Pentious can meet her and she will remind him of Charlie, which would be a very sweet moment in the second season. [119] [121]
Speaking of fallen angels, Adam could be a new guest after being reincarnated for some possible redemption, despite how despicable he has been throughout the first season [177] [178]. [120]

What about the rest of the cast from the yin AND the yang? I believe that Razzle can still provide some comical effect without his twin with the likeliness of it being associated with Keekee or Fat Nuggets [177] [178]. Chances are that Arackniss will be as toxic as Wanda Whipple is in the third episode of Knuckles, which results in her being my least favourite human character from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise [139] [177] [178]. Speaking of toxic women, chances are that Charlie will be interviewed by Katie Killjoy about the reconstruction of the hotel as a callback to the pilot [93], but with Brandon Rogers, of course. Do not forget about the wise and sophisticated Zestial whose alliance with Carmilla Carmine can be explained even further aside from business meetings and Mimzy who could express how she once had a crush on Alastor and reflect on how insecure she can be when it comes to desiring fame [61] [70] [177] [178]. And of course, we are curious about the other characters yet to make their official debuts, including Baxter and Villa [177] [178]. We are also curious about a mysterious new character who could be Leviathan, the leader of the Envy Ring disguised as a human in one of the upcoming episodes of Helluva Boss [17] [96].
Zestial, I admire thy intelligence and sophistication [117]. Art thou suspecting a writer predicting more of thee in the second season of Hazbin Hotel [177] [178]? [117]
As previously mentioned, I am curious about how Satan will be portrayed in the episode of the second season of Helluva Boss he will make his official debut in aside from how he is the ruler of the Wrath Ring [20] [23]. I wonder what he would get on with Lucifer and the other overlords in Hell [96] [117] [119]. [96]
I guess the new lobby and lounge’s interior designs could be coated in a richly purple palette or several shades of orange inspired by the Wrath Ring from Helluva Boss to help the characters stand out even more during new scenes set in the hotel but there can still be plenty of red items and such to show that the hotel is part of the Pride Ring [21] [76]. On the other four-fingered hand, I suppose that a new palette of shades of red and tints of gold can be just as pridefully splendid as the interior of Rosie’s Emporium [177] [178]. Oh! And do not forget about, Klub Kaiju, the club that only appeared in the pilot but could be yet to reappear in the second season with several visual alternations [65] [93]. That goes for Club Hell 666, another club that appeared in the “Addict” music video [60] [92]. I would also like to see some new rooms in the hotel after its reconstruction, such as a spa with an indoor swimming pool or a ballroom for guests to dance in [62]. The kitchen better not be made entirely out of cake or the sinners wanting to be redeemed may not be able to after eating it all [137]! It would take a new wave of dedicated artistry to make new backgrounds enriched in detail [106].
It can be argued that the decorations put up for Lucifer’s arrival in “Dad Beat Dad” help tone done the amount of redness in the lobby [119]. And yes, I can clearly see that. I shall look forward to seeing the new interior of the hotel in the second season [62]. [119]
I suppose that Katie Killjoy’s dressing room will be quite like a Barbie’s dressing room; so pretty in pink [30] [52]. I will not judge if that will be Tom’s dressing room though, as unlikely as that sounds. [64]

What other artistic merits ought to shine like stars in the second season? As previously mentioned, the disco lightning effect in the nightclub scene in “Welcome To Heaven” does not change too quickly, making it safe for viewers living with epilepsy to watch, much to my approval as it also applies to the nightclub scene in “Hell’s Belles”, the first mini-episode of Helluva Shorts [100] [171] [172]. The same easing groove ought to apply to the interior of the club again if it returns in the second season. I would also love to see more outfits for the main and supporting characters [144], sort of like how the cast of Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends wore zany costumes in “Nightmare on Wilson Way” [46]. Perhaps there could be another custom Robo Fizz as another reference to Helluva Boss as we have noticed one owned by Valentino at some point in the first season [164], along with several more references to the evolving sister series. Imagination and creativity can still bloom in modern animation as I admire some artistic value put into some moments shown in the third trailer for the second season of Helluva Boss, such as images of Blitzo shattering as they surround Stolas and I believe there will be some more of it put into the second season of Hazbin Hotel [96] [125], most likely in another musical number performed by Alastor [118]. 
As curious as I would be about what new suit Vox would wear [134], I swear that I did not get hypnotized by him [69] [177] [178]! Or was it Stolas who put me in a trance… [147]? @_@ [69]
It would be cool if at least some visual aspects of the archived or simply outdated Voxtagram accounts could be adapted into the canon, such as the quirky filter Lucifer and Lilith had tried out before their relationship was finalised into a divorce and the image of one of Husk’s cocktail recipes [28] [86] [126] [177] [178]. The same can apply to adapting the old stories from the platform for the third and fourth seasons of Helluva Boss which were announced a year ago [15] [16] [97]. Well, not all of them [28] [184]. Why not let Andrealphus have an account in a future episode [99]? [126]

There is hope that the second season’s writing will provide a slower but more effective pace for each episode [177] [178]. This could be achieved by only featuring one song per episode, which would be fine by me. Speaking of songs, I would be thrilled if some new musical numbers would be in a different genre of music for a bigger musical variety, such as heavy metal, gangsta rap, RnB, and the kind of salsa music a simmer would hear from The Sims 2 [9]. One or two songs in the second season might be a reprise of songs from the first season that have not been reprised, such as “Stayed Gone” and “Loser, Baby” for the sake of familiarity [158] [159]. But more importantly, there ought to be some brand new songs that could be sung by Niffty, Lilith, Baxter and Cherri Bomb [177] [178], along with musical numbers for the other stars’ expanded character explorations, such as Lucifer reflecting on his fall from Heaven [73]. Moreover, Lilith could do a romantic duet with him if they finally fall in love all over again. Surely, a new musical number in the second season of Hazbin Hotel will be nothing like a failed audition created with Vyond, formerly known as “Go!Animate” a dozen years ago [161].
Just imagine Stolas breaking down into a wrathful metalcore number in his full-on demon form in a future episode of Helluva Boss [57] [96]! And why not let Keekee be in a musical number similar to Erika’s bath time in Barbie As The Princess and The Pauper at some point in the season of Hazbin Hotel [145]? Surely, Valentino could sing a rather seductive Latin jazz ballad [173] [174], but that would still not make us forget how terrible he is as a person [130]. I hope he gets another dose of karma for mistreating Angel Dust in the first season [6], quite like how Jack Sinclair got a nice portion of karma for how he mistreated Wade Whipple, his former best friend in the fourth episode of Knuckles [138]. [118]
But alas, I never wrote an episode of The Simpsons in my entire life [103] [104], so I do not expect my predictions to prosper. Nonetheless, I always enjoy discussing them and I appreciate those who admire my ideas for continuations. I may miss the memorability of 2013 [50], but at least I have moved on from the mediocrity of Sonic.exe as I continue blogging [162]. Contrary to what some have claimed, blogging can be considered professional, depending on how the articles on a blog are written [45], so I always try and keep my discussions as professional as I can aside from a few quirks here and there. [123]

I suspect that the official trailer for the second season of Hazbin Hotel will be released at some point after the launch of Five Nights At Freddy’s 2, the forthcoming sequel to the film based on the Five Nights At Freddy’s franchise [43] [74]. In the meantime, one of the forthcoming episodes of Helluva Boss that is quirkily titled “Ghostf**kers” might be coincidentally released this Halloween a few months after the 40th anniversary of the Ghostbusters franchise [63] [96] [142]. Afterwards, a Christmas special in the VivziePop circles of Hell could finally commence, being an R-rated equivalent of one of those fun Christmas specials you remember as a child [63] [96] [136]. As for the second season of Hazbin Hotel, there is some concern regarding its writing as Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends was guilty of a few duds, as we 2000s kids recall [135], but even if there will be a new wave of hiccups, there can still be an even bigger impact and the writing of the second chapter could unexpectedly one-up the first [177] [178]. I am more than pumped to keep following my passions for writing and voice acting as I continue to show my appreciation for cartoon creators who want to keep proving that cartoons are NOT just for children [58] [59] [114] [115]. Stay sinful and tune into an abridged version of the first season of Hazbin Hotel very soon [157].
Kudos to Bento Box Entertainment and Amazon’s MGM Studios for their cooperation with SpindleHorse Toons. Hazbin Hotel deserves a second season as much as Princess Peach: Showtime! deserves a sequel that can expand on its creativity [7] [110]. Perhaps the 60th volume of Super Mario-kun will be an adaptation of the events of my new favourite Nintendo Switch game [152] [177] [178] [181] [182]. As we hope for what we see the potential in to be better, we can always look back and strive to be better as content creators and people in general outside of the internet [72] [111], even after the hardships we faced in fandoms we rightfully left [140]. [124]
Besides my collaborations with a certain mouthy merc from Marvel [169], I still deserve to consider the Hellaverse a helluva haven during the ongoing abuse and hate against autistic people like me and the other struggles we face in the world [88] [108] [131] [153] [154], don’t I? There may have been times when society has made me believe that I might be better off having a specific eating disorder instead of being autistic [113] [146], but when I am surrounded by the right people and stand for what is right, I can feel safe as a hazbean who shall look forward to the rest of the second season of Helluva Boss and the second season of Hazbin Hotel and I hope new fans can be welcomed warmly [8].
